Applications are now closed for the 2024 Paul Lindstrom Student Athlete Scholarships. Details for 2025 will be available in the fall!
Eligibility Requirements:
- Student athletes at Newsome High School who have contributed to their team development and/or success. Must have played at least one year at the varsity level and lettered to be eligible for one of the $500 scholarships.
- Student athletes graduating in May 2025.
- Student athletes with definite plans to pursue a secondary education via a college or university.
- Newsome Athletic Booster Membership is required by April 5, 2025. Click here to see membership levels and join.
Criteria Evaluated:
Athletic involvement including sports leadership and honors (team, county, conference), Grade Point Average, Essay and School/Community Involvement and outside Leadership.
The completed application packet must be turned in to Ms. Sims in to the front office OR Ms. Craver in guidance.
